Our Story
The Cellar Market was founded by husband-and-wife team Nicole and Lance Goldberg, whose shared passion for food, wine, and hospitality has been shaped by decades of experience and global inspiration.
Lance has spent over 30 years in the food and wine industry, including more than two decades in the Boca Raton retail wine market. A Certified Specialist of Wine, he has traveled extensively to vineyards around the world—from Germany and Argentina to the United States—developing a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and quality. His background as a chef and his passion for thoughtful food and wine pairings shape the curated experiences offered at The Cellar Market.
Nicole brings more than 25 years of business management expertise, with a strong focus on organization, analytics, and operational excellence. She is known for her attention to detail, innovative thinking, and commitment to creating exceptional customer experiences.
Together, they envisioned a concept that blends the warmth of a neighborhood wine shop with the sophistication of a boutique European cellar.
